I downloaded a vbx/dll combo that allows a 16 bit app running under
Win9x/NT to access the native file open/save dialog - i.e. long filename
support.  Two problems:

1. There's a bug that causes the control to crash when using large
filter strings (I didn't pinpoint the exact size, but I figure the
author probably provided for about 256 chars - one part of my app needs
over 400 chars for the filter).

2. I can't find the author.

Possible solutions:

1. Find another DLL/VBX that does the same thing.

2. Find author's new address/phone number.

Unfortunately, moving to a 32 bit compiler is not currently a possible
solution.  If anyone has any info, please let me know.  The author's
