I'm currently tendering for a piece of software, which will be used by
multiple clients in the field.

The Client will re-sell this software onto others.

It's the first time i've developed bespoke like this, Can you tell me how i
draw up the quote, and what i do about licencing.  I presume i dont sell him
the source code, just the app.  Do I charge per seat? Is this the done
thing?
