Icon files (.ico) can be created using any program in fact. Try making a
nice 32x32 sized .bmp file and renaming it to .ico... You'll be amazed and
there's no need for these useless Icon Edit proggies anymore. Win95 Paint's
zoom function does it all for you ;)
For the help files, there are many programs which can easily do it, there
are html to hlp converters as well. At http://www.winfiles.com there is a
neat list if helpfiles creating tools (in the shareware|developers section)
