 Installing problem - DLL

Ive successfully written a minor application. This App is installed
on a users machine, but when trying to install on another i initially
get the error message:

Error loading DLL
Error 48

BOTH machines are win 95 - 32 bits.  How can I get a solution? Ive
remade the installation diskettes, but without result.

hmm, sounds like runtime file requirements - if you are using a 3rd party
.OCX in your application - contact the supplier and ask for a list of the
files that must be installed with the .OCX - failing that - i have
attahached a copy of a utility i use to see what files are in use by an
application - its very intuitive

good luck

Could it really be that?

The application is super-simple, just to check i a certain file has a
newer version anywhere else in the network and to copy that file. It
has no extra ocx:s AND without problem it could be installed on a
rather new machine but not on a six months older one, on which
however it is nomrally possible to run other 32-bit applications.

Ive discovered it.

I have been producing 16-bit app before and the swdepend.ini had
marks from that. I deleted that file and reproduced installation
diskettes. It worked.

Thanks
