I am writing a small application for a local school to change a users
password on a windows NT server from a windows 95 client, with a simple UI,
    The Netapi.dll api call to set user passwords appears only to work from
windows NT, and not from a 95 or 98 client.
    Does anyone know what the win 95 api call is to remotely change an NT
password? It must exist as Windows Control Panel can change the Microsoft
networking password...
