experience, or a clearly gifted graduate. The skills/background we would
like to see includes: Visual Basic, Visual C++, database theory, program
design, PC platform/hardware, Netware, NT, VAX/VMS, fortran (helpful, not
essential). The ideal applicant has strong communications skills.
