VB 4 16 bit in windows 3.1

I have been using VB4 16-bit and the App Setup Lizard to create disk sets
that are intended for Win3.1 OR Win95, and I have been having no problems.
The message you're getting may be indicating that the files are not being
registered properly on the target machine.
