Help with Visual Basic 4.0 32-bit

When I go to 'Custom Controls' from the 'Tools' menu of Visual Basic 4.0
32-bit, i get an error message: "Object server not correctly registered"
and an 'ok' button.  Why?  It lets me into the Custom Control window after
I hit 'ok' to the error, but I'm frightened of errors... please send a copy
