How to load a 24 bit bmp picture
AFAIK, you should be able to load a 24 bit BMP picture into a
Picture box or Image control without a problem. Of course, you
need to set your screen color depth accordingly. I'm talking VB5
and VB6, but wouldn't think it would be different with VB4-32.
