 HELP : UNWILLING TABCTL32.OCX

Please help me.
I just bought a new pc and I installed vb 5 prof on it.
But ... it says that I haven't got a license to use the Sheridan Tabbed
Dialog Control although it is included in vb. On my previous pc it was no
problem so I used it a lot in my projects (which I can't use anymore).
What did I do :
1) removed and installed vb a  few times
2) downloaded the control from sheridan's web site and installed it
(registered with regsvr32)
3) copied all tab* files from my old pc to my new pc

AND YET IT DOESN'T WANT TO WORK
HELP ME PLEASE

Thanks in advance,
Coen De Roover

Please mail me a copy of your answer too, my News server is often down.

Go to Microsoft web site knowledge base. There is a fix for this problem.

 HELP : UNWILLING TABCTL32.OCX
I have exactly the same problem with the SSTab dialog control and
followed the same course of action. Searching the Microsoft Knowledge
Base has not been successful to me. Was this problem solved , how ?

Thanks,
Klaas

 HELP : UNWILLING TABCTL32.OCX

This is a "known" issue with Microsoft.  Sometimes the VB Installation
doesn't register all the DLL's OCX's properly.
To fix it, check your VB CD.   Somewhere (in the Unspprt Dir I think!)
you'll find a file with a reg extension.
Just double click it and that will register the SSTab and the other
non-MS controls.

I finally tracked down article Q181854 from MSDN and downloaded Vbc.exe
which fixed the problem.
