Does anyone have any information or know of any resources regarding using VB
5.0 (Enterprise) to write programs for Windows 3.1? Thanks

Sure do. Can't be done. At all. Not even with Win32s.
VB 5 cannot generate code that can run on Win16
systems.
Sorry, you'll have to use VB4 or VB3

For the one thousandth time, you cannot use VB 5 for windows 3.1.
Windows 3.1 is 16 bit, and VB 5 is only 32 bit.  You will need to use VB
4.0 16 or lower.
