 splitting a screen

I am designing an MDI application and  I need  to split up  a child form
into several sections. Acrobat reader (or something similar to Window
Explorer) would be an example of what  I need, where you  can split the
screen into two main sections and then have the ability  to resize both
sections by moving the border??, in between.

I also  want to allow for scroll bars (horizontal and vertical)  in both
sections.

Is there a common way of doing this? or a particular control available
that  I need to use?

Any Ideas??

Sheridan's new Active 3d controls have a splitter control, you can get the
beta off their web page for free.
