Hi I've implemented the technique detailed in KB Article Q109865 which
uses a timer to prevent the single click code being executed with a
double click.

I did this in VB3.0 pro and it works fine under WFWG3.11 but under Win95
it fails to execute the single click code.

Has anyone else implemented Q109865 and seen this happen, or is there a
workaround for this problem
