The project is apparently using an imagecontrol OCX which is supplied by
Snappy 32. And the control was not distributed with the project. Because the
project contains a reference to the OCX, it complains when you start it
because your PC doesn't have this OCX registered (because you don't have
Snappy 32 installed.) Same thing goes for those lines of code. I assume you
will fix the problem if you install Snappy 32 on your PC.
