VB4.0 says Standard Ed. at startup

Hello all i have a quick question. When the 16bit version of VB4 (prof) ver
starts, it says Standard Edition on the botton of the title screen. I just
installed the 32 bit version, on another machine running Win NT, and it says
Professional version..Is the 16 bit version ( for windows 3.1) the standard
edition?
