Help, has anybody had a problem where COMDLG32 will not load.  The OCX &
DLL report correctly and say they've registered OK but when you try too use
a program or open a project that uses it VB reports that it cannot load.

I have re-installed vb and still no luck.  I don't want to format if I can
help it...

any replies greatly recieved
