 How to decode PNG (PiNG) graphics format

Has anyone come across a dll which will decode the new PNG format and
load it into a VB picture Box??

 How to decode PNG (PiNG) graphics format
Graphics Viewer - VBX and the OCX version will read PNG files.  YOu
can get a demo of it from ftp.winsite.com in the
pub/pc/win95/programr/vbasic directory (gvocx.zip).
