When starting a new project in VB5 (Service pack 3), I am unable to load the
MS Common controls OCX (comctl32.ocx) and the MS Dialog OCX (comdlg32.ocx).
The error "'' could not be loaded" appears when trying to load these ocx's.

It appears to be a registry problem. All other ocx's load properly.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  Please email response..
