Are there any tricks that would allow a VB4 program to read/write
registry entries in areas of the registry other than the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/VB and VBA Program Settings area.  I would
like to be able to 'get settings' and 'save settings' in the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE... section (for example).
