I've seen a number of references in the newsgroup to using ShellExecute to
start the default browser.  If you do this twice, is ShellExecute "smart"
enough the second time to pass the second URL to the already loaded browser or
will it try to start a second instance?

If it does, is there any way to pass a URL without starting a second instance?
