Hello Chris,

In Windows 3.x all you need to do is compile your app without giving
it a application name ( See the Compile Exe Option )

that it won't appear in the Taskmanager's Tasklist?

Chris,

Under Windows 3.1 and 95 we were able to hide the app and remove it from the task
list by using the API function ShowWindow, passing the handle of the window and the
SW_HIDE parameter.  If you have modal child windows within your main app you may
have to call Showownedpopups with the handle of the parent window and false as the
second parameter before you call ShowWindow.

Good luck,

-Brian
