Run-time error '31037':

Error load form file

In my program, I am trying to display a splash page while
my more complicated form is loading.  I am using the technique
described in "VB4 Unleashed".  It runs just fine in VB form
& in EXE form on my machine, but it will not install on another
machine.  I have tracked the problem down to the load of my
main form.  What is happening?  Any help would be appreciated.
