Is there any way of finding out when a machine goes idle, and more
specifically when it last became active?

I am writing an application that needs to run after 10 minutes of
'activity'. i.e. if the machine is idle it won't run?

I guess that windows will have this information as it uses this to fire the
screen saver!

Any help would be appreciated
