I'm trying to resize a 256 color picture from a larger than full screen
picture control to one that fits on the screen without cropping. I'm
using stretchblt/srccopy. The process works, but most colors are getting
saturated with black. I tried copying the palette over using the
clipboard as well as loading the same palette directly as a dib into the
receiving picture. I think the problem is elsewhere.

Both pictures are on the same mdi child form that has focus. I'm using
copy pen the receiving picture.

Any help would be vastly appreciated.
