Q: How to limit values of an activeX property

Q: How to limit values of an activeX property

As you know, properties of a control can be limited (for example the
mousepointer property of a commandbutton is limited to 0-15 And 99)
and their values have comment like [0 - default] (where default is the
comment)

I use vb5 (servicepack 3) and when i create controls it's properties do
not show nice looking comment in the properties window like [0-default],
but instead something like [0]

First question: how to add comment for the property values

Second question: how to limit the values of a self made property to for
example 0-15

Any help would be appriciated.

Ford stood up. `We're safe,' he said.
`Oh good,' said Arthur.
`We're in a small galley cabin,' said Ford, `in one of the spaceships of
the Vogon Constructor Fleet.'
`Ah,' said Arthur, `this is obviously some strange usage of the word safe
that i wasn't previously aware of.'
