 RESTARTING Windows95 from VB 3.0

I'm trying to write a routine in VB 3.0 that will RESTART (not shout down)
windows 95 PC. I tried ExitWindows() with 0, &H42, &H43 but it
only Shuts down the PC. It does not restart Windows95.

P.S anyone know of a good source of information (book, www, ftp, bbs)
on Windows95 API DLL calls and how to use them.

Please help

To call Win 95 API functions from VB 3.0, you will have to use the
thunking layer. I beleive it is called CALL32.DLL. You should be able to
get it direct from Microsoft.
