Just wanted to let you know I found a free HTML Help authoring tool
which looks very good:

http://www.*-*-*.com/

This can be used to create help files in the new .chm format, and will
also create a map file so you can link to your app. Works perfectly
with VB6 even lets you copy the HelpContextID right to the Properties
window.
