VB4 32, win 95

If the user double clicks in the area to the right of the last tab on the
tabstrip control, the custom properties box appears and lets them change
some of the properties, like multirow, style, etc. Is there a way to
prevent this behavior?  Also, on some computers the sideways spin arrows
that appear if all the tabs won't fit doesn't display.  It does on some
computers and not on others.  Any idea what causes that?
