I would like to ask the users of this board if there is a possibillity
on reading a Mp3 file and adjust its volume strength.
Why? Well, some Mp3 files that I download differ in volume while I
play them.
As a proffessional programmer I'd like to find out how it happens and
what to do to fix that myself. To bad for me that I dont have the
knowledge right now on interpreting the files.
Who can help?
