Here is a personal endorsment of Stylus Visual Voice and especially their technical support.

I had a really {*filter*} problem (much to long to mention here) and tech support was great (thax
Karen).

Visual Voice is the only telephony product I have used so I can't say it is any better than
others but if your thinking of working with telephony be sure to look at VV.
