setup cant register HHCtrl.dll

kb #1 / 2	setup cant register HHCtrl.dll hi i am installing my application on a win95 computer without internet explorer. the setup says that it cant register the file HHCtrl.dll. this file is needed for the HTMLHelp that i use in my app. how can i fix the file to register, so i can use the HTMLHelp in my app? i cannot install internet explorer due to lack of diskspace. /konrad
