I can't seem to figure this thing out.  My wavs won't play.  I believe
what is happening is I'm sending a "play" command to the MCI control,
but the program moves on to the next statement and kills the playback.
How do I get the program to wait until the sound file has stopped
playing?  I've looked at the Wait and Notify properties, but they
don't seem to be very well documented.
