I recently made a very simple program in VB4(WIN95), worked great.  I
tried to run this program in WIN31 and no luck.  I loaded VB4 16bit in
WIN31 Version and compiled the file there.  Now I get and error "wrong
version of runtime dll".  Any clues?  Knowledge Base says something
about having another instance of the same file running but that's not
the case.  Please help...

P.S.  If I run from VB4 in WIN31 works fine; if I make EXE and run alone
in WIN31, error!
