Problem with Setup Wizard : Wrong version of RunTime DLL

Hello!
In VB4 (16 or 32 Bits), I made a setup with Setup Wizard.
When I want to use it, some computers (not all) returns an error : Wrong
version of Runtime DLL. (W311, W95)
Is anybody know about this problem?
