Fix order in .BAS modules? re:SourceSafe

We are managing a VB 3.0 project using MS Visual SourceSafe 4.0 (32-bit)
under Windows NT.

Is there a way to fix/control the ordering of the subroutines in the .BAS
modules?  When we make changes and save the Project in VB 3.0, sometimes
it re-orders the subs in the .BAS files.  This causes the "difference"
reports in SourceSafe to include a lot of differences that are really just
VB re-ordering the subroutines in the file...  this also can mask actual
differences in the moved subroutines.

Thanks in advance,
