Hi Everyone:

I need to create a TIN (Triangulated Irregular Network) from a large
set of data points.  Does anyone know if this can be efficiently done
in VB 5.0 PRO?  If so, can anyone give me an idea where to find
information on the routines to accomplish this?  Are there any Active
X controls or DLL's that the process can be farmed out to?  Any and
all help would be greatly appreicated.  THANKS!!
