Does anybody know where I can find a simple control that will
enable me to display a gif file on a form? Also, where might
one still be able to purchase a copy of VB3 Pro? I can't find
it in my area...

I have two VBX files that would do the trick:

GIFBOX.VBX which is Freeware but displays only Gif files,
and GVVBX.VBX which is Shareware ($27) but shows most other
popular formats too.
