 Can't load .VBX in VB 4.0 Pro for win 95

I try to load .VBX files to my VB but it won't work. It generate an error
message. Can anyone help me ???

VB4.0 32bit will not work with VBX. You have to update your tools to
ocx-versions.

VB4.0 16bit will work with VBX.
