I've tried to set the <mscomm name>.OutBufferSize property to a value
greater than the default 512 both at design time, and from code. It
reverts back to 512.  Is there some known size limitation based on
being in InputMode = 1 (binary mode) ?  What is the work-around, since
I need to have a 2048 byte transmit buffer.
