 VB 4.0: 16 bit vs 32 bit

I'm currently using VB 4.0 in a 16 bit environment (WFWG 3.11).  My
organization will upgrade to Win95 in the near future, but I still need to
provide 16 bit apps to end users who will continue to use 16 bit Windows.

My question is this:  If I do the 32 bit installation of VB 4.0 on a Win95
system, are there any provisions to compile/build a project to target 16
bit, as well as 32 bit?

Thanks.

To compile for both platforms, you'll need to install both compilers (16
and 32 bit -- they come wit VB 4.0 Pro). When you write code, you can use
special commands to tell the compiler that this code will execute in 32 bit
only, and this will execute in 16 bit only. IF you make your code like
this, you can compile the same VB code into two executables.

The commands you'd want to look at are:

#If Win32 Then
' This is executed in 32 bit Windows
#Else
' This is executed in 16 bit Windows
#End If
