    I wonder if it is possible to use vb to set the proxy server(just
html-proxy will be ok) of user's netscape browser 4.x? If so, what dll
or control should i use? Any suggestion or help will be appreciated very
much!

p.s. Does anybody know how to specify proxy server in the location bar
of netscape? I mean not set the proxy server in preferences but just use
a line like: "http://proxy-server/ http://www.*-*-*.com/ " but i don't
what exactly the syntax is.
