 VB6 MS Flex Grid Copying to clipboard

Hi,
I am VERY new to VB6 and I am trying to get the MSflexgrid (which contains 6
columns and 30+rows) to copy the data to the windows clipboard. If this is a
simple thing to do could you please let me know how to do this as I find the
help files an extremely daunting and confusing place.
