I'm looking for help for one of my VB application in Windows 3.1.

Maybe you can help me !

Here the deal :

I have build an application using Visual Bacic 3.0 for Windows.

When I launche my VB application , I need to disable the ALT and CTRL
keys, so that  during the time that my application is running , those
keys when hit , have absolutely no effect

( And EVEN if I start other application from mine , those keys have
  no effect in the other application as well. In fact, they have no

  effect , as long as my application is running ! )

And just before my application is terminated , I can restore the keys
to work properly in Windows environnement !

Can you Help Me Please ! If you can build me something that solve my
problem , You tell me the price , I will Buy it right away !
