 runtime error 48 error loading DLL

I have a program that when you go to the second screen I get a runtime
error 48.  Can any one tell me what is happening.

Hello,

Not much to go on!

It could be that you are trying to call a function in a 16 bit dll
from a 32 bit program or the other way around.
