 Developing OLE MDI Child forms displayed on Control MDI Form

I would like to develop OLE Automation (VB 4.0 16-bit) classes which contain
MDI child forms which can be displayed by an OLE controller application which
has an MDI form (actually a C++ app).

Can I do this with VB?  Is there a way to trick it or go about it another way
to obtain the same result.
