I have a slight problem.

I have made a VB5 application that edits an Access database on some other
machine in a W98 network

When I try to open or edit this database I get sometimes an error message
concerning the Jet engine and I do not get my records on the screen.

When I then first browse using  the Windows-explorer to the directory where
the database resides and then I start the application it all works fine.

How could I override this one?
