32 bit ODBC driver for Oracle 71 needed

Oracle's 32 bit ODBC driver doesn't support Oracle 7.1, only 7.2 and later.
 We need
to connect our 32 bit VB4 app to an Oracle 7.1 db on an HP 400 using RDO
and ODBC.  (It will be at least a year before we upgrade Oracle).

Please, do you have any info on a third part driver or ocx that will do
what we need?
Thanks,

Our SimbaExpress product provides multi-database ODBC access to Oracle
and other DBMSs from Win 3.x, Win 95, NT desktops. It's a
client/server solution that doesn't require SQL*net on the desktop.
