 Changing List Box item position

Can anyone explain to me how to click on a listbox item and drag it up or
down in the list to change it's position in the box?
I can't find any documentation on this at all.

The 'native' listbox has no direct support for this.  However
www.vb2themax.com has a freeware listbox (MBListbox ?) that does this.
