Problem Installing 32-bit app on Winnt 3.51

I don't have a solution, but a similar problem... :)
I made a 32 bits application under win95 and I tried to install it on
a WIN NT 3.51, using the setup wizard. I used VB 4.0 and it was
impossible to install it, because "Wrong DLL is runnig".
I'd like to know what can I do to install it on NT3.51 and if the
32-bits setup wizard is compatible 100% with NT 3.51 32bits.
