Can anybody help me to sovle the following problem ?

I want to write a function / procedure which can select the
print queue under Novel Netware 3.12. but I don't know
how to write the program. Can anyone give me some hence or
sample program.
I use VB 4.0 (16-bit) in Win 3.1 and Novel Netware 3.12
